Balance & center your skin with SebaMed

More skin care fun coming your way today! As we all know over the holidays we tend to eat an excess of sweets which can cause rough, dry and acne prone skin. We forget that what we eat and drink effects our outer appearance. I have never been the healthiest person but recently I hav noticed an increasingly big difference wth some of the changes I have made in my skincare routine, both inside and out. But today I am going to talk about one of my new “outer” skincare products, SebaMed moisturizer.

SebaMed Moisturizing Face Cream is made with no parabens and is formulated to help keep sensitive skin at its natrual pH level (5.5). It’s non-greasy, absorbs quickly leaving skin feel smooth as well as Vitamin E to help fight off pre-mature aging. After using for 2 weeks my acne has cleared up and my skin is no longer “leaking” oil haha. My acid mantle, located on the surface of your skin acting as barrier, is well balanced which is what SebaMed’s goal is all about to help skin heal itself. When you think about it our skin is an amazing organ just by all it does to protect our insides.

Video coming soon.

So next time you are lost at finding the right skincare remember SebaMed. If your nice to your skin it will be nice to you in return 🙂 Check out www.sebamedusa.com for all their products.

Coffee from your Refrigerator

By Lisa gal

Ever wanted coffee when it was hot? Cold-brew coffee gives you just that, coffee that’s meant to be enjoyed cold. They start with Arabica beans from Central and South America. They apply a light roast to the beans, and then coarsely grind them. The grinds are soaked in ambient temperature water letting time extract the flavor of the beans rather than heating them. High Brew Coffee is better, not bitter. What’s left is 60 calorie cold-brew High Brew Coffee in four flavors Mexican Vanilla, Double Espresso, Dark Chocolate Mocha and Salted Carmel, yum. Fair Trade certified these are sure to be a 2015 Golden Globe Nominee favorite this weekend.
