Coffee from your Refrigerator

By Lisa gal

Ever wanted coffee when it was hot? Cold-brew coffee gives you just that, coffee that’s meant to be enjoyed cold. They start with Arabica beans from Central and South America. They apply a light roast to the beans, and then coarsely grind them. The grinds are soaked in ambient temperature water letting time extract the flavor of the beans rather than heating them. High Brew Coffee is better, not bitter. What’s left is 60 calorie cold-brew High Brew Coffee in four flavors Mexican Vanilla, Double Espresso, Dark Chocolate Mocha and Salted Carmel, yum. Fair Trade certified these are sure to be a 2015 Golden Globe Nominee favorite this weekend.
