Confidence can be drawn from many places, and knowing that you’re good at something is one of them. A lack of confidence will have you feeling like you’re good for nothing, but that’s never true. Taking the time to improve your skills at something is a great way to build your confidence, no matter what it is. Give writing a try, painting, drawing, or anything that you think is interesting. It doesn’t have to be something that other people are interested in, but pick something that you’ve always wanted to learn and improve at.
