Lena Chao founded Clean Circle with one question in mind: How can we champion diversity, sustainability, and culture through beauty? The beauty industry creates 7.9 billion units of packaging per year. One person generates 1,600 lbs of waste annually. Overproduction threatens our natural resources and our planet’s temperature. We are a culture-forward, skin and body care brand positioned at the intersection of tackling beauty waste and addressing the impact of climate change on our skin. I created Clean Circle to bring all of these values and principles together, into my bathroom, into my space.
