Staying consistent with your fitness routines can be a daunting task. You know the importance of working out, burning those calories, and cutting down on the extra kilograms. However, it takes a lot of motivation and inspiration to follow through with your fitness routines consistently.

Whether your fitness goals include drinking more water, building muscles, or reducing a sedentary lifestyle, there are many interesting products to get you started. These products can make workouts effective and an activity to look forward to rather than a time to dread. They offer some motivation and help you follow through with your routines.

  1. Smart Water Bottles

Studies show that the recommended daily water intake for men is 3.7 liters and 2.7 liters for women based on varying conditions such as exercise and temperature. Regular water intake keeps body temperature normal, protects sensitive tissues, and keeps joints well lubricated. As obvious as this sounds, people still struggle to drink enough water. However, there are smart water bottles that have made this task more fun.

People often forget to drink water because they are engrossed in work. There are smart bottles that track drinking activity and even glow to remind users to drink. The bottle is connected to an app through Bluetooth. It has sensors that monitor how much you drink and relay to your phone.

Some bottles even calculate your hydration needs based on your activity level. Others have UV-C light technology that removes bacteria that remains after washing. Some smart bottles are powered by SPE/PEM technology that converts water to hydrogen water, which has better mineral absorption and aids muscle recovery. For your outdoor activities, some are fitted with Bluetooth speakers.
