How to Implement More Calm into Your Life

During the current crisis situation and during these difficult times, we could all stand to be a little calmer. Calming techniques are those which you can learn and carry with you on the other side of all of this, and they are techniques which would be beneficial to become an everyday part of your life. 

So how can you aim for more calm in your life on a daily basis?
