Millennials, whether you feel judged by colleagues, or gravitate towards someone’s style, a new study by Trunk Club found that 1 in 3 people’s workplace fashion is shaped by coworkers.
- 40% befriend co-workers with similar style
- 30% feel judged when wearing comfortable clothes at work
- 20% avoid co-workers who dress outright “sloppy”
- People with “bohemian” or “sporty” personal styles are least likely to represent it at work
