Cult Favorite DuWop Lip Venom
My recent lip product obsession continues with the time line of DuWop Lip Venom, the very first lip plumper. This cinnamon spiked blend was created in 1999. In 2003 Lip Venom became a household name when Sephora began to carry it in every store location in the US. In 2005, Lip Venom made its debut on QVC and sold out in under 3 minutes! In 2006 DuWop Lip Venom won Sephora’s Best of Beauty Award in the lip plumping category. I first used Lip Venom in 2004 and have used it on and off since then (mostly on).
Here is a “Lip” Tip from DuWop makeup artist Jason Garner: For added definition, apply Lip Venom to the lip line and using a neutral lip liner, press Lip Venom into the lip line. The result, the lip line looks more pronounced, creating a fuller, sexier, pout.
