Get the Golden Globes look of Sienna Miller

The red carpet of film and television’s biggest night might be over, but we’ll continue admiring all the beautiful looks for a long time to come! Among them was the gorgeous Sienna Miller, star of not one, but two, nominated films this year.

The actress arrived in a plunging beaded Miu Miu gown and sported an effortlessly textured bob styled by Suave Professionals Celebrity Stylist Jenny Cho.

According to Jenny, “I wanted to create a beautiful, side-swept, textured look on Sienna to play against her stunning beaded dress and to keep everything fresh and effortless. “

Jenny shares her exclusive tips on how to recreate this look using some of her favorite products:

· Begin by making a deep side part on towel dried-hair and mist Suave Professionals Luxe Style Infusion Volumizing Weightless Blow Dry Spray all over. Blow dry hair with a paddle brush.

· Then create loose waves by using a medium size curling iron on small sections of hair, and repeating this throughout the entire head.

· Apply Suave Professionals Refresh & Revive Dry Shampoo and shake out the hair for movement, and to break up the waves so it looks natural.

· Spray hair from mid-shaft to ends with Suave Professionals Natural Infusion Moisturizing Oil Spray to add a little shine back into the hair, and then lock in the look with Suave Professionals Luxe Style Infusion Volumizing Plump Hold Hairspray.

Sparkling, healthy skin starts with Tanique

Its been said the key to beautiful skin is great exfoliation. It decreases the amount of dead skin cells and debris to reveal the beautiful, younger looking, baby soft skin we all want underneath. And especially with us who suffer from acne prone skin or love to get spray tanned, having exfoliation part of your skincare regimen is a definite must have. But when we exfoliate we only sem to exfoliate our faces forgetting the rest of our bodies. Now we can have beautiful, acne free, streak free tan with the Essentials Mitt from Tanique. Tanique Essentials Mitt is a full body deep exfoliation mitt that not only scrubs you from head to toe but can also help erase any “mistakes” in your spray or self tanner.

Tanique

Tanique

Launched in 2007 , Tanique has become one of the most saught after spray tanning salons and will be available for sales nation wide in 2015. Not only known for their beautiful sunless tans, Tanique also offers waxing’s eyelash extensions and makeup applications just to name a few. We know over exposure to the UV rays can not only increase premature aging but can also increase your chance of contracting skin cancer. Tanique wants us to remember, we only have one skin in this life time and we should cherish it. You take care of it, it will take care of you. I am living proof.

Not only have I suffered from terrible “pizza face” but I have always had back, chest, legs, thighs and shoulder acne. After using many remedies and gallons of acne medicated body washes, my answer was to just exfoliate. When I met the owner, Mia-Faire, at The Makeup Show in Orlando I told her my problems and also explained to her that self tanning has never looked good on me. The first day using my essentials mitt I felt tingly yet deeply cleansed and my skin was incredibly soft. After the 3rd and 4th time my acne started disappearing and I swear my skin was sparkling all over.

Little tip: when using the mitt on your face use it as you would a washcloth. The mitt does the work for you so you do not have to “roughly scrub”. Not matter what be extremely careful around your face even when not using the mitt. Our facial skin is extremely thin so be extra careful.

Tanique is excited to share with us that they will be “tanning the stars” for the upcoming 72nd Annual Golden Globes! So now you can get the beautiful skin from head to toe with Tanique Essentials Mitt. No tan is complete without great exfoliation and beautiful skin starts here! Get the Look: Red Carpet Styles by TRESemmé Stylist John D

Tonight, TRESemmé Celebrity Stylist John D. created gorgeous hairstyles for several leading ladies on the red carpet, including Greta Gerwig and Drew Barrymore.  Please find his hairstyle how-to’s with images below for reference.

Best actress nominee, Greta Gerwig turned heads in her DKNY Atelier gown and gorgeous, textured up-do.
“Our inspiration for tonight was purely feeling beautiful.  We wanted the look to be elegant, classic, and romantic so I opted for a soft, romantic ‘do to  complement Greta’s style.”
How-to:
  1. Use TRESemmé 24 Hour Body Foaming Mousse on clean hair and apply throughout, from root to tip, for volume and a great foundation. Blow-dry hair using a medium-sized round brush to add extra bounce and lift at the root
  2. Once hair is dry, use a 1″ curling iron to create body, which helps add softness to the final look. It also holds hair together, which is necessary when creating an up-do. Once finished, flip head upside-down and spray waves using TRESemmé TRES Two Ultra Fine Mist Hair Spray
  3. Section off the hair that frames the face (ear to ear) and give the hair a light back comb at the root for added lift. Then, rake fingers through hair to tame down excess lift and pull remaining hair back toward the nape of the neck. Split hair into two sections and proceed to tie hair into knots creating a kind of loose “chain” effect.  Bobby pin into place. Pull the remaining hair, that was sectioned out, toward the back of the head and secure using a few hair pins.
  4. Finish the look by spraying TRESemmé TRES Two Hairspray all over to lock it in place. Try embellishing the style using some sparkly jewelry or an accessory – Greta wore Vintage Fred Leighton pieces.
Drew Barrymore looked radiant in her embellished Monique Lhuillier gown. To complement her fun and feminine style, we opted for a super straight look with a deep side part. “I wanted to balance the exquisite detail on her gown by keeping the hair simple and chic.”
How-to:
  1. Prep clean, towel-dried hair with a thermal heat protectant spray and spritz throughout. Comb through to ensure hair is coated, and blow dry. To get a super smooth blowout, I like to use a boar bristle paddle brush. This allows you to get a nice hold on each section and create tension to aid in the smoothing process.
  2. Once hair is dry, use a flat iron on a medium-to-low setting and run the iron through the hair to seal down the cuticle and add great shine.
  3. Determine parting and tuck behind ears. To ensure a nice smooth part, use just a dab of mousse and spread it out onto fingertips then apply the product to the parting area to create extra shine and added hold. Take a small dab of hair creme, emulsify into palms and run through the mid-lengths and ends to tame fly-aways and add shine.

2014 Golden Globes; Get Kate Beckinsale’s Hair Look

Kate Back Golden Kate Golden Globes                   Overall Inspiration:With her wholesome, English rose good looks, Kate can get away with quite a bit of edginess in her hairstyle, so we went with a punk-inspired diva look that’s a bit different from her usual soft flowing waves.”    “Get the Look”   Hair—Prep/Style:

  • ·         Start by spraying Moroccanoil Root Boost directly on to the roots of damp hair. The spray will help add body and hold and it’s a great way to set the style in. It’ll also make hair more pliable and easier to work with.
  • ·         Start blow drying your hair using a skeleton brush; use your fingers to create texture and additional volume. Once the hair is fully dry, separate into a horseshoe shaped section (the part between both temples & your crown area) and clip the top section away.
  • ·         Pull the bottom section into a low, side ponytail at the nape of the neck and secure with an elastic. Then coil & wrap the tail into a messy bun.  You can even tug a few strands out to create naturally falling bits and to loosen the bun. Secure it with bobby pins.
  • ·         Take the hair from the top section and backcomb the roots using Moroccanoil Boar Bristle Teasing Brush to maximize the volume at the crown and create a slightly disheveled texture.
  • ·         Secure the top section into the existing, loose bun with bobby pins.

Finishing Touches:

  • ·         Mist the hair with Moroccanoil Luminous Hairspray to add shine and long-lasting hold. Spray a little on finger tips and work it into the single strands to help define. Secure the final look with a few more pins. You’re good to go!

Get The Golden Globe Look – Sofia Vergara – Hair By Harry Josh

71st Annual Golden Globe Awards - Arrivals

On tonight’s Golden Globes Red Carpet, Sofia was stunning in a strapless sweetheart Zach Posen ballgown with a perfect blowout. According to Celebrity Hairstylist Harry Josh, her look was all about the return of classically simple yet chic hair. “Waves have ruled the red carpet for so long. We wanted to keep Sofia looking modern and fresh and a chic, luxurious blowout lent her that,” says Josh.

Here is how he got the look:
Josh created a diagonal part and blowdried her hair section by section with a two inch round brush and his Harry Josh Pro Tools Pro Dryer 2000 ($300 at Hairenvy.com). Those were the only tools he needed to make this high impact red carpet look. By using the built in ion technology of the dryer, Josh was able to achieve a super satiny finish. “Sometimes less is more in a sea of overly intricate hairstyles. ManiCam at The 70th Annual Golden Globe Awards

While some stars dazzled in jaw dropping gowns and head turning hairstyles, some out shined the best of them with the perfect manicure.  Stars such as Naomi Watts, Jennifer Lawrence, and singer Adele walked the red carpet’s “ManiCam” with manicures courtesy of Sally Hansen.

Sally Hansen Complete Salon Manicure is an all-in-one formula that combines all the 7 benefits of a professional salon manicure—a base coat, a strengthener, a growth treatment, rich color, top coat, gel-like shine and chip resistance —in a single multi-tasking polish.

Naomi Watts

Celebrity nail expert Tracey Sutter created the look for Watts, nominated for Best Performance by an Actress in a Motion Picture–Drama. Tracey used Sally Hansen Complete Salon Manicure in Arm Candy to create a natural effect.

To get the look, Sutter filed down Naomi’s nails very short before applying Sally Hansen’s Cuticle Instant Remover.  Next, Sutter applied 2 coats of Sally Hansen’s new Complete Salon Manicure Nail Color in Arm Candy – giving Watts just the right amount of color she wanted.

Jennifer Lawrence

April Foreman was the expert behind Lawrence’s nail look, using Sally Hansen Complete Salon Manicure in Sheer Ecstasy for the Best Performance by an Actress in a Motion Picture–Comedy or Musical nominee.

To get the look, Foreman shaped Lawrence’s nails “sqound” giving both a square and round look.  Keeping her hands hydrated, Foreman applied Sally Hansen Smooth and Perfect Hand Crème before applying 2 coats of Sally Hansen Complete Salon Manicure in Sheer Ecstasy.

Adele

Celebrity Manicurist, Kimmie Kyees used on Adele a sheer coat of Sally Hansen Complete Salon Manicure in So Much Fawn with two coats of Complete Salon Manicure in Copper Penny layered on top.  Kyees finished off the look with an exclusive topcoat created for tonight that had gold in it to help enhance the color in Copper Penny for the best Original Song, Film nominee.
