Today, I looked down at my arms and was brought right back to why I often wish I lived in a warmer climate rather than Boston!  Ouch!  It’s April and I’m experience really dry skin, not too happy skin.

So tonight, I looked down and, oh yes, once again, my legs were dry, arms were dry. I mean, really?
