I recently tried some of Hard Candy Shadow Spheres Baked Eyeshadow pallettes, and I have to say that I am so impressed with them. First of all, each pallet comes with 10 colors, two applicators, and a mirror for on the go use. Each color can be used dry as an eyeshadow or wet, to use as an eyeliner to create a smokey effect. This is the first time I’ve ever heard of using an eyeshadow wet, so I thought it was really cool and also useful. Okay, when I first tried the eyeshadow out the first thing I noticed was how a little of this product can go a long way. Usually, it takes multiple coats of my normal eyeshadow to achieve the look I want, but with the Hard Candy pallettes I only needed one coat, which was a refreshing change from my average 3 coats. After I was done applying in the morning, I ended up wearing my makeup all the way into the night and I can’t complain, it lasted me literally all day and still looked really great without any smudging. And lastly, I don’t know about you, but I’m always on the hunt to find makeup and other products that are animal testing free, so when I found out this company didn’t test on animals I was so happy and also gained a lot of respect for them as a business. THE LOOK: A modern interpretation of old Hollywood style
INSPIRATION: Celebrity hairstylist Nikki Providence was inspired by Kelly’s one shoulder green dress. “I wanted to let her natural texture shine through a classic pincurl set,” she said.
How To Get The Look:
Nikki started with clean wet hair, and prepped the roots with John Frieda Frizz Ease® Curl Reviver Mousse and sprayed 12 sprays of the John Frieda Frizz Ease® Go Curlier™ Heat-Activated Spray throughout the hair.
Then she used a wide-tooth comb to shape the front and sides into sculpted waves, clipping each section into position.
She twisted the remainder of the hair in 2-inch sections and dried her with a diffuser before taking the clips out.
Nikki used her hands to smooth and sculpt the final shape, applying a thin coat of John Frieda Frizz Ease® Secret Weapon® Touch-Up Crème on her hands to make sure her fingers glided over the hair for a final touch of smoothness.
Then she used a 3/4 inch curling iron to touch up any areas that needed extra hold or curl.
She finished off the look with John Frieda Frizz Ease® KeraFLEX™ Flexible Hold Hairspray.

Hold cans in hand palms down, shoulder height and fist close together. Bring fist to ribs (keep elbows up) squeeze your back and bring the cans back to starting position. Repeat 3 – 5 times 10 -15 reps
Hold cans palms down
Raise hands to shoulder height Bend elbows (palms are facing forward) keep arms close to side. Bring back down to starting position. Repeat 3 – 5 times 10 – 15 reps
Raise hands to shoulder height palms facing down, fist together
Right hand goes to right side (stay shoulder height) twist hand so palm facing up. Turn it back over and return to center. Left hand goes out to the left side (stay shoulder height) twist hand so palm facing up, turn it back over and return to center. Repeat 3 – 5 times 10 – 15 reps
Bend elbows palms facing each other (cans touching) open arms (like you open a book)
squeeze and return to center. Repeat 3 – 5 times 10 – 15 reps
