How to Protect Your Physical and Mental Wellbeing Whilst Working From Home

More and more roles, across a variety of different industries, are transforming and evolving to include and promote remote working and working from home.

  • Take Regular Breaks 

Although impractical to expect the same social and, often, particularly lengthy lunch breaks when working from home, it is vital for both your physical and mental wellbeing to take regular breaks away from your computer screen.
