Tomorrow, Valentine’s Day, I will be attending a Valentine’s Day lunch with my Dad and Mom. My Dad, my one and only “Forever” Valentine, is wearing a lovely Ralph Loren classic red crew neck sweater. Mom will be sporting a pretty red and white cut work blouse with her favorite ankle length black Chico’s skirt.
Red is a horrible color on me, blue red, orange red, any red. Plus, I just don’t do holiday color themed clothing, even if my parents look so adorable when they do. I’ll admit though, that I do favor family color coordination for portraits and holiday cards.
Tomorrow I chose to wear a Vici Collection Polka Dot button down blouse. It’s black with cream dots and Ellen Tracy classic trousers with a comfortable but sexy dance shoe. As for accessorizing, I am a fan of minimalist jewelry. I’ll wear simple stud earrings and a gold circle ring along with the perfect piece for Valentine’s Day.
