Ladies I know you love your heels don’t you? But the pain of the heels throughout the day can cause our love to go to hate real fast. Inserts sometimes don’t seem to work, the balls of our feet are howling, and our arches just seem to feel like they may break in half. Going to and from many events I tend to wear heels for hours at a time with no relief of being able to sit. two quick sprays before I put my shoes on and two more about 4 1/2 hours later I was able to wear my heels and enjoy the events without being in pain. My hips and thighs did not hurt either nor did my calf muscles. Now I did not spray those areas but taking away the pressure from my feet helped.

So ladies don’t bother carrying another pair of shoes with you when you can carry a spray bottle the size and width of your index finger. Your “dogs” wont be howling anymore!

DIY apple cinnamon lip balm

I loved lip balm when I was younger. I can remember every time my mom and I went to the store I always begged my mom to let me go and look at the lip balm. Although every tube my mom ever got me ended up getting lost or used up very quickly. Now here I am 24 years and still have a love for lip balm but can now do it at home. Below I found this recipe (courtesy of DIY Lip Balms) for an at home DIY Apple Cinnamon Lip Balm. All I can say is yummy!

Things you will need: 1 tablespoon beeswax, grated or pellets 2 tablespoons jojoba oil ½ tablespoon aloe vera oil 4 drops pure cinnamon essential oil 4 drops of apple essential oil 2 drops of vanilla essential oil

Step-by-Step Instructions: Place saucepan onto stove Turn on to low heat Add the grated beeswax or beeswax pellets to a saucepan Ensure that the wax melts evenly and does not stick to the sides of the pan. Add in the jojoba oil Add in aloe vera essential oil and continue to mix the ingredients as you stir. When the mix has reached an even and smooth consistency, turn the heat off. Add in the apple oil, Add in cinnamon oil Add in vanilla essential oil. Whisk together Transfer the contents into the tubes, pots or jars and cover securely. Allow to cool for four to six hours before you use.

For the past couple of weeks I have been horrible when it comes to my skincare routine. Step 1: Assemble a variety or glassware from the list above in varied shapes and sizes. You want to mix high and low pieces to give it dimension and make it interesting.

“Sais Quoi” goes RAW

Hair, makeup, fashion and a runway it could only mean one thing… Fashion Show! Last Thursday, Gina Sais Quoi designs graced the runway at the first RAW Artists show of the 2015 season at The Orpheum in Tampa, FL. Having been in front of the camera and working the runway most of her life, Gina Sais Quoi is a veteran when it comes to her shows.

Get the Perfect Look with Real Techniques Sculpting Brushes

 I loved  Real Techniques Collector’s Edition Sculpting Set. Coming from a person that regularly contours their face, these brushes are perfect for the job. The sculpting brush is a wide, angled brush that is great for applying bronzer and creating perfect contours.

My personal favorite is the fan brush. The fan brush, which is a set exclusive, works excellently for sweeping away excess, loose makeup, but it also softly applies layers of powder. I noticed that it works especially well for highlighter because if you’re not careful, highlighter can be really overpowering and too intense. But with this brush it helps you add a perfect amount of highlighter so you look flawless.

And last, there’s the setting brush. This brush is also perfect for applying highlighter and bronzer if you want your makeup to look more precise in specific areas. For example; applying blush in the apples of your cheeks and not the hollows.
