Make no mistake about it, MAKE is Great!

Make no mistake about MAKE makeup, it is a great product!!!  MAKE is the first for benefit colour cosmetics line launching on WeSeeBeauty.com.  The blush is a sheer, satin, soft-focus delicate finish that is long lasting  The Terra Cotta color was absolutely beautiful and created a soft delicate look to my skin. I have applied many high-end blushes and was amazed at the reasonable price of the MAKE make-up.  The blush came in a small, beautiful square box fitting very nicely in my purse.  It was the first time people have actually commented on the color of my blush and asking where I bought the product.

The MAKE foundation came in a light rectangular bottle making the application process very easy to use.  I was amazed with the velvety fluid foundation and how it diminished any skin imperfections and hid the lines and wrinkles on my face.  The foundation color was an exact match to my skin, making it look completely natural.  My skin actually had a soft glow, helping to gain back some youthful years.

The last product I was able to try was the lipstick.  I absolutely loved the packaging and small rectangular tube of the lipstick.  The pigment was neutral and went along with any color scheme I choose to wear for the day.  The lipstick was luscious and long lasting and the best part was it did not bleed on my lip-line.  A minimal amount of lipstick went a long way and moisturized my lips all day.  My husband even tried to plant a kiss on my lips and did not cringe when he tasted the lipstick!!!

Presently, I am going on the WeSeeBeauty.com  to purchase the eye shadow and eyeliner.  The product not only helps to make women beautiful but also one-third of all sales will support the non-profit organization, the We See Beauty Foundation dedicated to accelerate women-led, worker owned cooperatives. MAKE has certainly made my life easier by making me beautiful and supporting women in the workplace.

Tanning on the Glow

 

Everyone loves a nice clean even tan right? Even us pasty white, translucent girls who burn very quickly when exposed to the sun. I have never been to a tanning bed either, because of the recall on the bulbs. I would rather be safe than sorry. My interview with the creator of INFINITY Hair Building Fibers – Denny Smolinski

When covering the American Beauty Show in Chicago earlier this month I had the opportunity to catch up with Denny Smolinski, the creator of a great solution for men and women dealing with thinning hair and hair loss… INFINITY Hair Building Fibers !

I met Denny at a previous show in 2012 and was in total awe with his amazing product, INFINITY. Champney’s Spa Indulgence, it’s Addicting

 0-34I’m addicted to Champneys Spa Indulgence, and I’m not sure how to stop . . .They say that the growing addictions these days have to do with social media addiction, text messaging addictions, and Facebook addition. Frankly, I don’t have time for those addictions but I am finding myself needing to go to Champneys Anonymous, although I don’t think there is a meeting that isn’t, like, two minutes from a spa that uses the product. My newest bath extravanagance, Champney’s Spa Indulgence, Mediterranean Bliss Bubble Heaven…is my favorite bathing pleasure these days…Why? Well……maybe it’s the light, airy potion that you scoop out of the cool little blue tub that has swirls in it and is all sparkly looking. Or perhaps it is the luscious smell that comes from the luminious pearlized liquid when you open the top….but more likely it’s what happens when you pour it into your bathwater that has me hooked. The whole bathroom is filled with the scent of blue heaven, honestly. Just pour it in under the water and swirl it around and it will take you to another place. Take a moment, light some candles, put out your fluffiest towels and enjoy.

The addictive part for me is that I have to admit, I am using this product almost daily. Even if I take a shower – at the end of the shower I close the drain, throw it into bathtub mode, swirl in the Champneys, and sit for a moment before I start my very busy day! With three kids (only one left at home but she’s 11 and you can imagine the ballet, dance, voice, and girl scouts that she has going on!) and a thriving business with client calls all day long, I am a busy lady. This incredible product gives me a moment of luxury every day that I ‘steal’ for myself…and it’s so worthwhile.
