It’s that time of year again, “the 1’st of the year”, when many of us are ready for a “New Year” and a “New Body”. Losing weight has always been a struggle for me but I was able to do so with lots of hard work, mainly diet and exercise. For me, exercise is the easy part but the diet part…not so easy.
