Dr. Christopher Zoumalan (Beverly Hills Plastic Surgeon) Revolutionary Scar Healing Cream SKINUVA
Everybody has something that they don’t like about themselves. For me, it’s my scars. I have mild cystic acne scarring and surgery scars. Some I embrace. Some I hate.
People tell me that they only notice the cystic acne scars when I draw their attention to them. I still want them to go away. Others tell me that my very noticeable skin cancer surgery scar is pretty. That particular scar is on my decolletage area. I think that one is pretty too!
The cystic acne scarring goes back to my teen years when pimples weren’t trending. Dr. Sandra Lee aka Dr. Pimple Popper, with millions and millions of social media followers, was not around to give the world a better understanding of how to take care of acne and to create awareness of this sometimes devastating skin condition.
My second round of scarring is a result of a Laparoscopy. Those “small” incisions, were not so small after all!
Lastly, the years of cumulative damage caused by UV radiation caused my one pretty skin cancer scar and two not so pretty ones. But, hey, I am alive to talk about them!
With my acne, I was too young to think about the long term effects of my pimple popping. When I had the laparoscopy surgery, I thought the scars would fade after time. They didn’t. The skin cancer surgery scars range in age from 2 years to 15 years. It was not until just that 2 years ago that I realized there are skin therapy products to minimize scars.
If you are looking at healing post-surgery or simply want to minimize any scar damage try Skinuva Scar Therapy.
For the last twenty years advancements in the effectiveness of scar creams has barely changed which is why Skinuva Scar Therapy is so different.
By applying it twice a day for a minimum of three months Skinuva can help improve the appearance of scars twice as effectively as silicone cream. A silicone cream by my understanding moisturizes, reduces scar itching and protects the wounded/scarred area. Where as Skinuva scar Therapy uses selective growth factors help improve the appearance of scars.
It can be sued effectively under sunscreen which is very important to me. Remember using it sporadically won’t get the job done. Use it as directed for a minimum of three months.
Skinuva Scar Therapy is founded by Dr Christopher Zoumalan MD FACS, a renowned Beverly Hills-based Board-Certified Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon, who is an expert in healing and eye surgery. He has spent the past several years investigating wound healing and how to best manage surgical scars in his patients that undergo surgery.
