I decided to give another “teeth whitener” a try. The last product I tested out used a lighted device and because my teeth are sensitive, that did not work for me. I learned from the research I did before trying the REMBRANDT Teeth Whitening Kit that there are 2 types of tooth discoloration:
1.) EXTRINSIC STAINS, which are on the surface of your teeth. These stains can be caused by beverages like tea, coffee or wine.
2.) INTRINSIC STAINS, which are deeper set inside teeth can be caused by such things as medications, past traumas to the mouth, infection, or the natural aging process.
