HOW TO HANDLE EVERY SHOE CHALLENGE WITH EASE USING THESE TIPS

Shoes and slippers are a very important part of our lives. As we need clothes shoes are equally important. To make our feet comfortable and protected we need good and comfortable shoes and slippers. Shoes add on to our all around outlook. Shoes have to be maintained, kept clean and looked after carefully so that it provides us comfort. Still, there are some problems which we can face with the shoes. The material and the construction of the shoe may cause a problem. Instead of just hiding away the pair of shoes in your cupboard causing problem we can try fixing it up with some easy solutions.

 

  • Blisters

 

This seems to be the most common problem with shoes. Every foot is different in shape and dimension. If the shoes are a little tight it rubs against the ankles causing blisters. This can cause discomfort and it pains when you wear shoes. If proper care is not taken the blisters can get infected and result in serious problems. To avoid this we should ensure to buy shoes that are comfortable. We should always try the shoes on before selecting them. While trying it on we should also have a trial walk with these shoes. This may help us to judge the comfortability of the shoe which would avoid blisters.

 

  • Shoes can cause body pain

 

These days shoes are manufactured to please the eye rather than for comfort. This is the reason why the wearer can experience pain in certain parts of the body. If correct types of shoes are not used the common pains a person can experience are back pain, knee pain, ankle pain and plantar fasciitis. Very high or very low heels can be the reason for these pains. Tight shoes can reduce blood circulation leading to bunions. This is another common problem if you do not wear the right type of shoes for a particular activity. To avoid this kind of pains it is very important that we choose shoes according to the occasion of the work we are doing.

 

  • Sweaty feet

 

If the shoes are tight and uncomfortable they may lead to the feet getting heated up and perspiration. This will lead to skin problems and would also produce an unpleasant odor. While selecting shoes you should always ensure that they are not too tight. Socks should always be worn to reduce the friction between the feet and the shoes. The socks must be changed and cleaned regularly to maintain hygiene. Sweaty feet can cause fungal infections. It is also advisable to wash your feet. Shoes should also be cleaned and dried regularly. Sprinkling talcum powder in the shoes before wearing it and also applying available ointment to reduce sweat can also help.

 

  • Incorrect walking style

 

The life of the shoe can be reduced and many health problems created because of improper walking style. If a person does not work properly the body weight fails to spread evenly. This may lead to undue pressure on certain parts of the body causing it to bear additional stress. Different types of pain are also caused because of this. Certain parts of the shoe wear off quickly due to incorrect walking styles. It is very important for us to learn proper walking postures.

 

  • High Heels

 

High-heeled shoes may be very attractive for young girls today. They look cool with skimpy outfits and help you increase height. However, use of high heels for a very long time can turn out to be a disaster for your feet. It will lead to ankle pain and at times back pain too. It may also lead to some mishap while walking as it is very difficult to keep your balance on high heel shoes. Minimum use of high heels is always advised if not stopped completely.

 

  • Loose shoe towards the heel

 

When you wear loose shoes they may tend to slip away causing this comfort to the wearer. Wearing thick socks and using an insole can help in tightening the shoe. Buying proper fitting shoes is advisable.

 

  • Calluses

 

The hard dead skin tends to form on the soles of the feet and the sides of toes which can be very difficult to get rid of. To prevent this it is very important to choose the right fitting shoes. Wearing socks would also help.

Shoes can bring about a few problems in our daily life. It is easy to handle them if we are aware of the problems misfit and the wrong shoes may cause to us.
