When your feet are feeling a little tired and dry, all you need is a little Art Naturals, their Silky Soft Foot Exfoliant Foot Peel to be exact. I love having pedicures done but I don’t have time to get them regularly. When the heels of my feet start to get dry it just drives me crazy. The box of Art Naturals Silky Soft Exfoliant Foot Peel come with 2 pairs of lavender scented plastic booties and adhesive tape to hold the booties in place. I treated my feet after a shower as it was advised to soak your feet for 15 minutes for optimum results. The lotion is contained inside the booties. As you can see below, I placed the booties on my feet, secured them with the red adhesive tape and placed a pair of socks over the booties to hold them in place. I sat back and relaxed for approximately 1 hour allowing the specially formulated skin-smoothing lactic and mandelic acids along to soak in. Silky soft also contains a propriety-blended callus-killing cocktail of glycolic acids and essential oils which gently exfoliats dead skin cells from the bottoms of your heels and toes.
After 1 hour, remove the booties and rinse your feet with soapy water. The dead skin will begin to peel off within 5 to 7 days, and will continue to do so for up to 14 days. My friend tried the same treatment and had slightly more peeling than I did so I imagine that the drier or rougher your feet are, the more peeling you will have. The final result; fresh feet, hydrated heels, and fabulous looking toes!
I found the final result quite satisfying and my feet are soft and smooth, well past the 2 weeks since I treated my feet with Silky Soft.
