“Me and my Shadow Box Workout”
Use with or without resistance (try these using a water bottle)
Get in a fighting stance! Left leg in front of right leg (staggered hip width apart.)
Strong!
Left jab, right cross turn to the left 1,2 count turn left
repeat 4 times until you come back to front
Switch your stance Right leg in front of Left leg (staggered hip width apart.)
Right jab, left cross 1, 2 count turn right
Repeat 4 times until you come back to front
Uppercuts
Feet hip width apart
Palms forward
Bend arms at elbows
Swing right arm up like you are hitting under a chin bring down and repeat with left arm
Do 10 times
Cross punch
Right arm cross body
Left arm cross body
Do 10 times
Speed bag
Arms up to left and go round and round
10 times forward then 10 times backward
Repeat on the other side
Arms up to the right and go round and round
10 times forward then 10 times backward
Rock with it!
Hold both arm up by chest palms facing each other
Legs hip width apart and legs slight bend in knees
Do all exercise together and repeat 5 times
