When we think about it the jaw is one of the most worked out muscles on our face. Through chewing, smiling and even talking it puts in a lot of work. In these 5 steps you can strengthen your jaw as well as improve mobility. In this video I share with you the 5 steps in this routine. Be sure not to overdue any movement. Make sure you are in comfortable clothes, skin is cleansed with no moisturizer, hands are cleansed and lets get started. (check out my video here where I give a visual of the routine 🙂 )
