Heartache and Hope in Haiti is the story of beautiful, fearless and compassionate Britney Gengel. At just 19 she traveled to Haiti with her college to help an orphanage, but ended up being one of 300,000 taken by a devastating earthquake. With so much love to give one of her lasts texts sent home was how she desired to move to Haiti, so she could start her own orphanage. Unfortunately Britney was not able to fulfill her wish, so her parents did it for her. This book hopes to inspire more to Be Like Brit.
