- Philip Kingsley Elasticizer is so easy to use. Before Shampooing, simply dampen you hair and apply Elasticizer, concentrating on the mid to ends of your hair. Cover your hair, (I used a shower cap) and leave on for 20 minutes. Rinse with water and follow with shampoo and conditioner. After the first use you will feel how silky and soft your hair will be.
