Hand-poured coconut wax candles are made with essential oils and 100% cotton wicks in Queens, New York. Shanti Creations is owned and operated by NYC couple Danielle Marie O’Connor and Gino Carpio who embarked on their journey to find non-toxic and sustainable products to supplement their busy city lives. To replace carcinogenic by-products that paraffin wax releases into the air, they developed safer, slower burning candles by using a coconut wax blend packaged in reusable mason jars that can be repurposed in conjunction with their genius lids for plastic-free tea infusing, reusable drink containers on-the-go and salt and pepper shakers.
