Millennials, whether you feel judged by colleagues, or gravitate towards someone’s style, a new study by Trunk Club found that 1 in 3 people’s workplace fashion is shaped by coworkers.

  • 40% befriend co-workers with similar style
  • 30% feel judged when wearing comfortable clothes at work
  • 20% avoid co-workers who dress outright “sloppy”
  • People with “bohemian” or “sporty” personal styles are least likely to represent it at work
