I found the book very informative with first hand information accumulated from the authors years of experience as a model as well as others who contributed from their experiences. One of the most annoying things on the planet is a cold sore eruption. I have experienced these pesky ugly sores since I can remember. I often struggled to keep them at bay. If you ask anyone who get them they will tell you that they are hard to cover with make-up which may even make them look worse when piled on. Additionally, cold sores carry around a bad stigma.
I was always embarrassed by my breakouts and worse it always seemed like they’d come when I was stressed out or before a period or anticipation of an important event adding insult to injury.
As a result, I’ve tried everything available and found that my favorite and most effective discovery is a product called Dynamiclear antiviral that I want to share with you.

Fortunately there are many choices when trying to achieve this look. First if you already have a thick full set of lashes you can enhance them by using mascara. There are many great brands that create a nice result. I have had nice results with Double Extend mascara from L’Oreal, EYES TO KILL GORGIO ARMANI and GROW LUDCIOUS PLUMPING form REVLON. There are however many more effective brands to choose from, the key is to experiment with the various brands and types to see what works best for your personal preferences.
Many people love the look of false eyelashes for a more dramatic style. This can be great but they typically only last one to three days with care. The nice thing about them is that there is an ability to choose how long, short or thick of a lash you want. Additionally, they come in theatrical colors for various occasions that may call for a more colorful presentation.
I have also seen nice results with long growing lashes from products like LATISE, that can be used to make your lashes grow longer, however the product has to be put on daily to maintain the long lashes, and since it is considered to be a prescription product it needs to be purchased from doctors that carry it.
My favorite lash discovery so far has been lash extensions which have been a great alternative for me. I first discovered these beauty enhancing attractors from a friend who came to my house with the most beautiful set of lashes I’d ever scene. I learned that lash extensions typically last 3 weeks to a month with minimal maintenance. The only other advice I want to express to you is that you need to go to someone who is highly specialized in dong lashes and make sure they are well trained and use high quality glue. Check around in your area and ask their clients for recommendations. I have heard that sometimes lashes can break off or get pulled out, so be aware this may be possible, however, I have had my lashes in for 6 months and have not had this problem.
I was a bit unsure when I first learned about this technique but decided to try the lash extensions for myself. When I went in for my first time I was put in a comfortable room similar to a massage room and got to lie on a bed where soft music played in a relaxing environment. The magic happened in about one hour and 20 minutes. I closed my eyes as my lash practioner put on my extensions as I fell asleep. There was no discomfort whatsoever. When I woke up she gave me the mirror and I had beautiful sexy lashes. I was given a paper with instructions as to how to take care of my new lashes and told to come in for regular monthly maintenance which she expressed would take a much shorter period of time than the initial visit. The lashes are like my own but more dramatic. They are attached to the natural lashes with special glue. I found the lashes look very natural, but are dramatic and sexy at the same time. I still get compliments on a daily basis which makes me really happy. I wake up in the morning with beautiful lashes and do not need mascara to look good. I feel good because I don’t have to fuss around with much extra makeup. I love them!

First, Alicia shows beginners simple but cogent movements, then explains to the readers the intermediate movements in a clear and uncomplicated way. Later she tells her readers how to work up to the advanced exercises, such as “dead lifts”.

The holidays are meant to be joyous. What better way to celebrate the festivities than to dress up and go GLAM for your holiday events? When going to parties- wearing red, silver, gold and sparkling black are all great choices for this jubilant time of the year. Fancier dresses and pantsuits are always great choices too. If you opt to wear jeans, be sure and pair them with high heals and a catchy top. Add vibrant accessories to give your look an extra shot of glitz and glam. Don’t worry about too much glitz because it is appropriate for this time of the year.
It is also bewitching to pump up your makeup. If you are going to an evening event, consider smoky cat eyes. Also, adding a bit of shimmer to the eyelids can be incredibly alluring especially if it is silver, gold or bronze.
If you play up the eyes, be sure and wear a lighter lip color. If you want to go with bright red lips, do your eyes in a natural way and add a sleek eyeliner to complete that glamorous seductive package.
Your hair should be flowing and not too sprayed down. Straight hair is sexy as long as it is smooth and has no frizz. If you can do so, treat yourself by going to a blow out bar. (I know this may sound obvious but you would not believe how many gals out there burn and damage their hair with curling irons.) Use a light hair spray after you get your mane the way you like it. Add tasteful decorations in your hair if it goes with your choice of clothing. This can be a playful way to be festive for the holidays!
An important thing to remember is that you need a hairstyle you can be comfortable in and feel beautiful about. Remember that taking a bit more time for yourself is not only ok, it is a positive step to making yourself feel good about yourself during the holiday season.
