SeaSnax is our absolute favorite brand of seaweed ~ organic, vegan, GF, no additives (hard to find) & sustainably harvested. Sea veggies rid our body of toxic heavy metals & are an excellent source of iodine to protect our thyroid. You can use the raw nori sheets as alternatives to wraps & the lightly roasted packs instead of chips. They are loaded with minerals & a great source of folate, iron, calcium, selenium & magnesium.
