“Put a Ring on It” Workout – set photos & instructions

Put a Ring on It

Need a chair and Pilates ring

1.)  Sit with back against the chair hold the ring in your hands, arms straight out with palms

facing each other and pulse

2.)  Sit at edge of chair but the ring between your knees and squeeze the ring hold count of 3 –

release and then repeat.

3.)  Sit with back against the chair hold your arms out and bent like you are holding a big ball.

Grip the ring and squeeze for a count of 3 release and then repeat.

4.)  Sit with back against the chair place  the ring at your ankles put your legs straight out then

pulse.

Do this tabata  style 30 seconds on 10 seconds off for 5 rounds.
