Treat your skin to chocolate (without the guilt) :)

You never have to feel guilty about having chocolate again with this easy DIY chocolate facial. Did you know that not only is dark chocolate beneficial (when eaten in moderation) for your body but your skin as well. It has been proven that dark chocolate is great for fighting of free radicals in your body, is good for your heart and even proven to increase endorphins.

Now spas have been offering chocolate facials because of the moisturizing agents within the cocoa bean. So here you can have your own spa day in this beautiful upcoming fall weather. Follow this recipe and get your chocolate craving on. Enjoy!

Ingredients:
– 1/3 cup of dark cocoa
– 1/4 cup of honey
– 3 tablespoons of heavy cream
– 2 tablespoons of powdered oatmeal

Mix all the ingredients together. Apply the mixture on the skin and wait 15 minutes. Rinse off with lukewarm water.
