My daughter Adrienne (shown below) had been suffering from an “on again, off again” a headache for a few days, and she could not get rid of it. Well, my daughter certainly did. It was a little cold for her at first, so she warmed the mask in her hands for a few seconds. She then placed the mask on her eyes and put her head back for a few minutes. After about 20 minutes, she told me her headache felt so much better. I was even upset with myself that I didn’t think to give her the mask sooner. As a matter of fact, the mask worked so well for her that she gave it to her friend’s mother that suffers from migraines. I’m off to buy another mask, just in case!
