Grand Opening of Carmen Steffens in Orlando, Florida

Fashion just got even more comfortable with the new exclusive boutique, Carmen Steffens, now open at the Mall at Millenia in Orlando, Florida. First originating in Brazil, Carmen Steffens has opened their doors to 215 locations in the country including 35 stores in the USA, Argentina, France, Australia and Spain.

Created in 1993 by Mario Spaniol, Carmen Steffens (named after his mother) has become one of the most desired Brazilian fashion trends to ever hit the market. I can say from experience that Carmen Steffens shoes are true to their name. While at the grand opening, I was gifted a pair of Carmen Steffens shoes to wear throughout the evening. For someone who doesn’t wear heels a lot I have to say that these shoes changed my mind about fashion and comfort. I used to think that fashion and comfort never went hand in hand until I wore my new Carmen Steffens shoes.

Tamar Braxton’s US Weekly Cover Hairstyle How To

Celebrity hairstylist Brian Banks (featured in the photo above) created Tamar Braxton’s “new mom” sexy mermaid curls for the latest cover of US Weekly. To begin, Brian used IT&LY Hairfashion’s Pure Hair Eco Hair Spray and a medium barrel curling iron to wrap medium sized sections around the inside of the iron. He began at the nape area and worked to the top of the head taking uneven partings to create soft natural curls. To style, he used his fingers to gently comb through the hair releasing the curls and forming soft mermaid waves. To finish, Brian used his favorite hair spray by IT&LY called Pure Definition Hair Spray.    The result was flawless!

I am obsessed with lip balm, and pretty much keep it in my pocket at all times. The other day I was at field hockey practice in 90 degree weather and forgot my lip balm. Hand Rejuvenation

Our hands see a good amount of wear and tear. Whether it’s washing dishes, cooking, or doing laundry, we hardly ever give our hands a rest. Hands are also the most obvious indication of our age which makes it all the more important to take good care of them. Twice a week, we should also give our hands a mini home spa treatment. This is very easy and cheap to do and requires nothing more than the ingredients straight out of your pantry. First, wash your hands and pat them dry. Then, take the juice from one lemon and squeeze all of it into a small bowl. Dip your fingers into the bowl and continue to rub the lemon juice all over your hands. The lemon juice will clean off any nasty stains from your cuticles and leave your hands feeling smooth and silky. After you have thoroughly cleaned your nails and fingers with the lemon juice, fill up a bowl of warm water and mix in a tablespoon of cornstarch. After the cornstarch is well mixed and appears dissolved, soak your hands in the bowl for 5 minutes. After five minutes, clean off your hands and massage your hands with a good hand moisturizer.  Kiehl’s makes a great hand moisturizer and it has a subtly beautiful scent! Take these simple steps to improve the health and appearance of your hands in the long run!
