WallCandy Arts began when Allison Krongard was hired to design a room for a three year old Max. Allison’s career at Knoll International had given her a keen eye for design. So when Max’s mother needed help in designing Max’s kingdom, Allison pulled together inspiration, swatches, paint chips to match his obsession with dinosaurs. Max, however, proved to be one tough customer. He informed her that he was way over dinosaurs, he was now into spaceships! This gave Allison a big idea…….if kids’ imaginations can grow as fast as their bodies, why not create a decor element that is easy to change and easy to apply.
Ready for a change? Have the kids gone from forest friends to safari animals? Want to add a more chalk boards to keep notes in the office? Peel the decal off and reconfigure it.
